Liivi is our principle massage therapist at Elfi's Retreat. After a long standing interest in meditation, mindfulness and dance, she wanted a career in which she could help people.

 

After 18 months study at the Quantum Metta School of Massage in London, she attained an MTI Level 4 Holistic Massage Diploma. The MTI qualification differentiates itself with an in-depth anatomy and physiology curriculum, which she felt was an important theoretical grounding to underpin the massage therapy and offer the best service to her clients.

Liivi continued her studies in Sports and Remedial Massage, attaining an ITEC Level 5 diploma.  This qualification includes various diagnostics techniques such as range of motion, muscle length and orthopaedic tests, allowing her to clinically assess and treat her clients effectively and devise an appropriate treatment plan.

 

Liivi obtained qualifications in Cupping Therapy and Pregnancy Massage from the London School of Massage.

Elfi's Retreat current offers mobile massage treatments within the Greenford Quay development. We provide a massage couch and oils. Note that provision of sheets/towels are the responsibility of the customer.
